2019 Malta National Indoor Rowing Championships

The title of male National Champion in the 2000m male open category (HW) went to Marsa Regatta Club’s rower Clyde Cutajar who obtained a 2000m race time of 6:08.0 min thus beating the National Championship record previously held by Juan Farrugia from the Marsamxett Regatta Club.

Emmerson Farrugia, a rower with Isla Regatta Club, won the title of male National Champion in the 2000m male open lightweight category with a time of 7:13.15min.

Sarita Cassar won the title of female National Champion in the 2000m (HW) with a time of  7:46.0min.

The female National Champion title (LW) in the 2000m went to Michelle Vella Wood of Siggiewi Rowing Club with a time of 8:31.8

The 2019 Malta National Indoor Rowing Championships and Malta International Indoor Rowing Championships, sanctioned by Malta Rowing Association, will be held on Saturday 9th November 2019 at the Cottonera Sports Complex.
