REGATTA YOUTHS+ 2017 – CALL FOR QUOTES: Ambulance and/or Rescue Services.

Kindly supply us with a quotation (inclusive of VAT, if appropriate) for the provision of:

LOT 1: An Ambulance Service at Rinella Bay, Kalkara on Saturday 8th July 2017 from 4.30pm till 8.30pm. Please note that the service must include a medical doctor and paramedics on-site who must be prepared to provide assistance on-water. Please quote name of Medical Doctor and contact number.

LOT 2: A manned boat/dingy which can be used for rescue over water within the Grand Harbour (around Rinella Bay, Kalkara) on Saturday 8th July 2017 from 4.30pm till 8.30pm. Typical incidents: a rower faints during a race, falls in water or a boat capsizes. Boats may be circa 500m from shore.

Please note that you may quote for either Lot 1, Lot 2 or both but you should provide the price for each lot separately. The Association reserves the right to purchase only specific services from the supplier.

Kindly supply us with a quotation (inclusive of VAT, if appropriate) for the provision of Video Finish Services for the REGATTA YOUTHS+ 2017. Price should be given as total and include all equipment and staff needed between the hours of 4.30pm and 8.30pm. REGATTA YOUTHS+ 2017 – CALL FOR QUOTES: Trophies, Medals and/or Tokens.

Event date Sat 8-July-2017. Reply by: Thursday 22nd June 2017, noon.

Kindly supply us with a quotation (inclusive of VAT, if appropriate) for the provision of the following lots of Items. Price for should be given per lot and be delivered by the 5th July 2017. All trophies, medals and/or lots include engraving and/or printing of logo.  Please quote each of these three lots separately as the organisers. Not all lots may necessarily be purchased (depending on quotes, quality of the product, and availability of funds.)

LOT 1: 1 sets of 3 trophies (overall) – 1st 68cm, 2nd 64cm, 3rd 54cm (all sizes approximate)

LOT 2: 20 sets of 3 medals (total: 60 medals): 1st (gold), 2nd (silver), 3rd (bronze) of dimensions 50mm with logo + engraving + string

LOT 3: 20 sets of Trophies or Token (total: 60 Trophies or Token): 1st (gold), 2nd (silver), 3rd (bronze) each of which should of dimensions 50mm with logo and engraving, the price of which should not exceed 5EUR. (Please supply images or a sample.)

Please note that you may quote for either just one LOT (Lot 1, Lot 2, or Lot 3),  or more than one lot (Lot 1, Lot 2 and/or Lot 3) but you should provide the price for each lot separately. The Association reserves the right to purchase only specific items from the supplier.

Kindly supply us with a quotation (inclusive of VAT, if appropriate) for the provision of the following Items/Services for the Regatta Youths+ event which is scheduled to take place (subject to the issue of relevant permits) at Rinella Bay, Kalkara on Saturday 8th July 2017, 4.30pm – 8.30pm.

ITEM 1: Sound system at Rinella Bay, Kalkara together with Microphone with two very long wires or wireless.

ITEM 2: CD or MP3 player to be connected to sound system.

ITEM 3: Generator to supply power to sound system, videofinish equipment (which may include a monitor), etc.

Please note that we may either take ITEM 1 and/or ITEM 2 and/or ITEM 3, i.e. price should be quoted per item. Your quote should include all equipment and any staff needed (if any) between the hours of 4.30pm and 8.30pm of the 8th July 2017.

REGATTA YOUTHS+ 2017 – CALL FOR QUOTES: Rowing Regatta Race Rigging Equipment, etc.

Please provide us with a quote for the provision, delivery, installation and dismantling of the equipment required for the Regatta Youths+ event (which is to include the rowing regatta race rigging equipment) at the Grand Harbor/Rinella Bay for the Regatta Youths+ event scheduled to be held on Saturday 8th July 2017, 4.30pm – 8.30pm.

Please note that bidders may make use of their own equipment or borrow equipment from third parties (which may include Ghaqda Regatta Nazzjonali u Qdif Iehor, the police, etc,) in which case it is the responsibility of the bidder to make the necessary arrangements with the relevant entity for the supply and return of such items.

In particular, the bidder should:

ITEM 1: Provide, set-up, assemble and dismantle an adequate start line;

ITEM 2: Provide, set-up, assemble and dismantle a framework for videofinish final line,

ITEM 3: Provide 2 manned boats to be used to setting up/dismantling the race course and for use of the judges during the regatta.

ITEM 4: Provide, set-up, assemble and dismantle two mobile toilets;

ITEM 5: Provide, set-up, assemble and dismantle four tents;

ITEM 6: Provide, set-up, assemble and dismantle three tables and six chairs. One of the tables will be used to display the prizes, and the other two tables will be used by the organisers and should be large enough to permit four people to sit on one side of the table. These tables are to be covered with appropriate tablecloths.

ITEM 7: Transport, assemble, dismantle and transport back the security barriers which will be supplied by the Police.

All of these items should be quoted separately and the Association reserves the right to purchase only specific items from the supplier.

Please note that there are seven scheduled boat races for this regatta. Start and finish will be those normally used for the Under 18 Regatta which may include up to seven boats racing together.
