AGM

The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Malta Rowing Federation shall be held on Friday 19th June 2026, virtually. The meeting will commence at 6:00pm. Full Member Clubs (SRC and UMR) are entitled and invited to attend and vote.

The Agenda will be as follows:

  1. Appointment of Chairperson
  2. Approval of Agenda
  3. Reading and Approval of Minutes
  4. Administrative Report
  5. Financial Report
  6. Motions
  7. Amendments to the Statute, Rules and Regulations
  8. Speech by the President
  9. Election of the Officers (the Executive Board) [not applicable for 2026. Next election scheduled for 2029]
  10. Appointment of members on the Umpiring and Technical Commission and the Disciplinary Board
  11. Appointment of Auditors if necessary [not applicable due to low turnover]
  12. Other Business
