The Federation
Malta Rowing Federation (in short “Malta Rowing”) is the national association/federation for the sport of rowing in the territory of the Republic of Malta. It is responsible for all forms of rowing (with the exception of traditional rowing as practised in the Maltese Traditional National Regattas of the 8th September and 31st March, the jurisdiction of which falls under a separate distinct entity “Regatta Malta”).
Malta Rowing Federation is regulated by its statute which was approved on 30th June 2025, the day which saw the transformation of the former “Għaqda” to the present structure.

The Board of Malta Rowing Federation (elected on 30th June 2025 for a period of four years) is composed as follows:
