Request for Quotation:  Ambulance Services for Indoor Rowing Championship to be held on 21-Nov-2015

Kindly supply us with a quotation (inclusive of VAT, if appropriate) for the provision of an Ambulance Service at the Topaz Hotel, San Pawl il-Bahar on Saturday 21^st November 2015 as follows:

LOT 1: from 9.30am till 5.30pm (8 hours)

LOT 2: from 9.30am till 2.30pm (5 hours)

LOT 3: x hours, minimum 4 hours, maximum 12 hours. Between 8am and 8pm

Please note that the service must include a medical doctor and paramedics on-site who must be prepared to provide assistance on-site. Please quote name of Medical Doctor and contact number (may be supplied at a later stage).

These services are required for the National Indoor Rowing Championship activity which the Malta Rowing Association (Ghaqda Regatta Nazzjonali u Qdif Iehor) is organising.

The Quotation should include items literature and be sent by email to indoor.regatta@gmail.com by Thursday 12^th November 2015, noon.

Please note that each LOT should be quoted separately. If your quote is approved, you will be issued with the relevant Purchase Order. Payment may be made by third parties.
